ingredients:

-100g white wheat flour
-100 g of whole wheat flour
-3 g of salt
-15 ounces of water
-100g unsalted butter

Preparation:

  • Put the water in a pan to warm.
  • In a bowl, mix 100g of white flour, 100 g of whole wheat flour and salt. Pour warm water over it, gently kneading with fingers until a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into 50g balls and spread them out on a floured surface. You must obtain thin discs.
