ingredients:
-100g white wheat flour
-100 g of whole wheat flour
-3 g of salt
-15 ounces of water
-100g unsalted butter
Preparation:
- Put the water in a pan to warm.
- In a bowl, mix 100g of white flour, 100 g of whole wheat flour and salt. Pour warm water over it, gently kneading with fingers until a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 50g balls and spread them out on a floured surface. You must obtain thin discs.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook each chapati 10 seconds on each side and set aside.
- Place your pan on a high heat and pass a second time your chapatis cooking, just a few seconds to cause swelling that will give them their lightness.
- Coat your chapati with a little butter.
