ingredients
-6 sausages of Strasbourg
-500g of green lentils
-1 onion
-100g smoked bacon
-1 small can of tomato paste
-1 bay leaf
-2 c. tablespoons olive oil
-salt and pepper
Preparation:
- In a casserole, brown in olive oil, chopped onion and bacon.
- Add the lentils and stir, then the tomato paste, mix well. Cover with water, add the bay leaf, salt and pepper, cook over low heat about 40 minutes.
- 10 minutes before end of cooking, add the sausages of Strasbourg.
