Zucchini Soup

Zucchini Soup
-1 zucchini
-1 large potato
-3 tbsp. tablespoons goat cheese cool guy Chavroux
-1 chicken bouillon cube
-8-10 basil leaves
-salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Wash zucchini and potatoes, peel them and cut them into pieces.
- Put the pieces in a large saucepan, cover with water and bring to boil.
- Crumble a chicken stock cube in the cooking water and let boil gently until the vegetables are cooked (20 - 30 minutes).
- Get the vegetables and mix them with a little broth. Add more or less depending on whether you prefer a liquid or thicker soup. For my part I put the value of a large glass to obtain a creamy texture.
- Add Chavroux, basil leaves and mix well until a homogeneous consistency. Salt and pepper to your liking.
