pizza dough
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients (serves 6):
- 300 g of wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 yeast cube
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation of the recipe:
Mix wheat flour with salt, olive oil, yeast dissolved in 5 ounces of sweet warm water.
Add water until the dough is no longer sticky and makes a compact ball. Let stand 1/2 hour, spread in a dish. Let stand while you prepare the filling.
