Pizza with tuna
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 1 pizza dough- 70 g of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 natural tuna (200 g)
- 50 g cheese 0%
- 20 g of drained capers
- Grated Grana Padano (or parmesan)
- Salt
- Herbs
- oregano
Preparation of the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6).
- Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the tomato paste with the same volume of warm water to obtain a puree not too liquid.
- Add olive oil.
- Spread everything with a spoon on the dough, going almost to the edges.
- Sprinkle with herbs and a little salt.
- In another bowl, combine the drained tuna with cream cheese and capers.
- Do not season!
- Spread all over the pizza, if it is mixed with a little tomato puree that is normal.
- Sprinkle some oregano on everything, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 min.
- Serve still warm, with a salad.
