Soft Chocolate and Zucchini (no butter)

I've experimented with chocolate zucchini muffins, and I had not been disappointed. The taste, you feel nothing and it brings an incomparable softness.   • ingredients:
400g zucchini pieces
4 eggs
150g brown sugar
200g melted dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of cocoa
100g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
  • instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Peel and grate the zucchini. Remove water zucchini by squeezing in hand. Book.
Beat eggs with sugar. Add the zucchini, flour, yeast, salt and melted chocolate. Mix well.
Pour batter into a buttered pan.
Bake at 180 ° for 30 minutes.
Let cool before unmolding.
