Hamburger with fish

Hamburger for fish
For 4 burgers:
1 bag of hamburger buns (preferably take max)
1 lettuce
8 sticks breaded frozen fish
slices of Emmental
ketchup
For the tartar sauce:
1 egg yolk
2 c. tablespoon mustard
1 cup peanut oil
1 shallot
2 c. chopped parsley
1 c. chopped coarsely pickle
1 c. capers (for those who love)
- Preparation:
- Prepare the tartar sauce: mix the mustard and egg yolk and pour little by little oil.
- Salt and pepper. Add the shallot and parsley sauce. Preheat the oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).
- Add the capers and chopped pickles. Reserve the sauce cool.
- Cook in a pan 8 frozen breaded fish and then place them on absorbent paper.
- Separate the two buns on both sides spread a dab of ketchup.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Cover the burger with a few leaves of salad, a slice of Emmental cheese and tartare sauce.
- Cover with breaded fish. Close the hamburger by pressing lightly. Serve.
