Spicy tomato fish sauce
- ingredients:
4 fish (cod fillets, etc)
1 onion
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 tomato cut into small wedges
1 can of tomato paste
parsley
1 bouquet garni
2 cloves
olive oil
1 red pepper (I used red pepper puree)
1 large glass dry white wine
500 ml water
- Preparation
- Finely chop the onion, shallots, garlic, and parsley.
- In a saucepan, fill the bottom generously with olive oil.
- Then put the onion, shallots, garlic, parsley, bouquet garni, cloves, and (a little) red pepper to the pan.
- Stir for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
- Then turn the water at the same time as the tomato paste, stir well, and put the glass of white wine, stir often. Simmer 10 min.
- Dip the fish and tomato into small neighborhoods bouillon in the pan for 15 minutes (time varies with fish "frozen fresh", watch).
- (If you put frozen fish pad "type findus brand" cook 8 minutes, once cooked fish out and wrap them in aluminum foil).
