pasta gratin
Each family has its own traditional recipe pasta gratin but the important thing is to put in everything we love: cheese, ham, vegetables, pieces of sausage, duck confit ... The cream has the advantage of being able to indulge in all the original features and allows to put the leftovers in a pleasant way. Here is my recipe gratin with ham, cheese and béchamel, to vary the pleasures of the moment.

Pasta gratin

- ingredients:
400 g. Pasta choices
250 g. ham finely diced
300 g. grated cheese
bechamel:
60 g. buttery
40 g. flour
650 ml of milk
Salt & pepper
- preparation:
Preheat oven to 250 ° C.
Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and toss with ham and 100g. grated cheese. Pour into a baking dish and set aside.
Prepare the béchamel: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and mix with the flour off the heat. Add a little milk and mix well with a whisk. Pour the remaining milk and thicken over high heat, stirring constantly and until the béchamel has the desired texture. Pour over pasta and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
