Rice with shrimp
A derivative of fried rice! Hmmm yes I love it but what changes do you ask me? Well you are right! What will change: a touch of hot chili sauce to give a nice color and a little spice to rice shrimp for the chic and full side of flavors that make us travel far this winter settles .... ....
Finally here is a recipe largely inspired it to the last table.
- Ingredients for 2 people:
-250 Grams of cooked and cooled fragrant rice (in Asian groceries)
-250 Grams of cooked peeled shrimp
-150 Gr peas
-2 spring onions
-1 Slice of ham
-2 Tablespoons of red hot chili sauce (in Asian groceries)
-1 Tablespoon soy sauce
-1 Handful of fresh coriander leaves washed
-sesame oiL
- Method :
-Wash the scallions, remove ends and finely chop.
-Heat a little sesame oil in a large skillet, sauté half the spring onions over low heat for 5 minutes.
-Add shrimp and peas, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
-Add the rice, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Then-Add sauces and mix.
-Slice the ham and add to the pan with the remaining spring onions and coriander leaves.

-Add shrimp and peas, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
