Cake lemon and mascarpone

The other day I went shopping with a huge pot of mascarpone but without really knowing what to do. And as I could not eat raw eggs (yes I know I ramble there!), Exit the tiramisu! But I did not want either to deprive me of a little treat for teatime! This is where the idea of a lemon cake and mascarpone came to me ... and as I do not do things by halves, this cake is even gluten-free flour and corn powder almonds.

No recipe but a complete experiment and it is not until the taste that I realized that I was not me missed it (phew) ... the cake had a moist texture that I wish to "loved it! It will take that even when I do not devour everything before the return of Sir ...: D!
And not, mascarpone it is not for the tiramisu!
Lemon cake and mascarpone {Gluten Free}
- Ingredients (for a cake)
150 g of maize flour
150 g almond powder
150g mascarpone
juice and zest of 2 lemons bio
120 g of sugar cane
80 g of butter
2 eggs
1 packet of yeast
1 pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 160 °.
Beat together the sugar and butter to make an ointment. Then add the eggs one by one, beat well so that the mixture becomes foamy.
Stir in the mascarpone, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Finish by adding the almond, corn flour, baking powder and salt powder. Mix.
Pour the batter into a greased non-stick or greased-floured cake.
Bake 1 hour.
