Moroccan Rissole

700g minced lamb
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
8 mint leaves
3 c. tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 c. coffee crushed cumin
1 c. coffee ras el hanout
1 pinch of crushed pepper
fine salt, ground black pepper
- preparation:
Rissole for Moroccan
- Peel the onion and garlic, then chop the menu.
- Chop the mint leaves.
- Mix the minced meat with coriander, mint, chilli, ras el hanout, cumin, garlic and onion.
- Fold in the egg. Salt and pepper. Knead everything well.
- Form balls with the mixture, then thread them onto skewers.
- Cook under the broiler, 6 minutes on each side.
Place the skewers on a platter of couscous. Serve immediately.
