Moroccan Rissole

Moroccan Rissole 


  • ingredients:
Rissole for Moroccan

700g minced lamb
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
8 mint leaves
3 c. tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 c. coffee crushed cumin
1 c. coffee ras el hanout
1 pinch of crushed pepper
fine salt, ground black pepper

  • preparation:
Rissole for Moroccan

  1. Peel the onion and garlic, then chop the menu.
  2. Chop the mint leaves.
  3. Mix the minced meat with coriander, mint, chilli, ras el hanout, cumin, garlic and onion.
  4. Fold in the egg. Salt and pepper. Knead everything well.
  5. Form balls with the mixture, then thread them onto skewers.
  6. Cook under the broiler, 6 minutes on each side.
Place the skewers on a platter of couscous. Serve immediately.
