- Ingredients (for 8 people):
- 250 g of butter
- 175 g of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of flour
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 125 g ground almonds (almonds)
- 2 tablespoons brandy soup
- Preparation of the recipe:
- Melt the butter. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and melted butter. Stir for 10 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, flour, yeast, brandy and almonds.
- Bake for 1 hour at preheated 180 ° C (gas 6) oven, watching carefully cooking.
