Chicken Burger

- Ingredients (for 2 people):
For the burgers:
- 2 chicken cutlets
- 2 buns Burger
- 2 slices of bread
- 4 Cheese "toastinette"
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 lettuce leaves
- salt
- pepper
For the onion confit:
- Half onion
- 25 g butter
- 1 pinch of sugar
- salt
- pepper
- Preparation of the recipe:
We begin by preparing our steaks chicken : Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and slices of sandwich bread . Put everything in a bowl, in which you add the egg yolk, a tablespoon of mustard, a tablespoon of honey, salt and pepper.
The objective is to create two steaks , so mix for a little compact .
Cook the steaks with a little oil between 5 and 10 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of your steaks ) .
While it cooked, the sauce burger is prepared :
In a small cup , put a tablespoon of mustard and a tablespoon of honey. Mix well , taste and season . It's over !
Also during cooking , prepare your onion confit :
In a saucepan, fry the onion , butter and a pinch of sugar until confit . Allow about 10 minutes over low heat .
Returning to our burger . Turn the oven on grill position , 210 ° C ( gas mark 7 ) . Cut your burger buns in half and put the 2 min in the oven.
When ready , remove the loaves from the oven, on the bottom , place a toastinette , salad, chicken burger .
Fry a few seconds bacon (or ham ) in the pan and put on .
On the other side of bread , spread the previously prepared sauce , spread the onion confit and put another toastinette .
Close all, a few minutes in the oven to melt the cheese, and it's ready!

Notes:
Onion confit is optional, and you can of course choose to buy a jar prepared everything .
