Pumpkin soup
- ingredients:
1 kg of pumpkin
1 liter of skimmed milk
salt and pepper
- Préparation:
- Cut the pumpkin into pieces and peel them. Put the pumpkin pieces in a pot (or casserole), cover with water, salt and cook until they are tender (30-40 minutes).
- Mix the pumpkin pieces, add milk until the texture suits you and simmer over very low heat.
- Serve.
