- Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 1 chorizo
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 can of green olives stuffed with pimento
- rice
- 1 bouillon cube (chicken) (see the package for water measures

- Preparation of the recipe:
Remove the skin from the chorizo and slice. Fry and set aside.
Fry the onion, then add the peppers, faires to come back,
add the cube and water, then pour boiling rice.
Lightly salt and pepper. 5 minutes before end of cooking, add the olives and chorizo with a little cooking oil.
