rice tandoori

- ingredients:
2 c. tablespoons olive oil
4 c. tablespoons tandoori spices (Indian spices)
water
4 pinches of salt
- Preparation:
- Pot heat 2 tbsp. tablespoons oil.
- Pour in the rice and let it cook for a few minutes until it becomes translucent.
- Pour the powder tandoori previously purchased in a store specializing in spices.
- Cover with water (2 times the amount of rice) and salt.
- Cover the pan about 5 min.
- Remove the cover and cook until water absorption.
