Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes

  • ingredients:
2 c. tablespoons olive oil
4 glasses of basmati rice
4 c. tablespoons tandoori spices (Indian spices)
water
4 pinches of salt


  • Preparation:
  1. Pot heat 2 tbsp. tablespoons oil.
  2. Pour in the rice and let it cook for a few minutes until it becomes translucent.
  3. Pour the powder tandoori previously purchased in a store specializing in spices.
  4. Cover with water (2 times the amount of rice) and salt.
  5. Cover the pan about 5 min.
  6. Remove the cover and cook until water absorption.
