Yogurt cake

- Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 1/2 packet yeast
- 1/2 jar of oil (= 10 cl)
- 2 jars of sugar
- 3 pots flour
- 2 eggs
- Zest of 1 lemon

- Preparation of the recipe:
Simply mix the ingredients one by one in the order above.
Pour batter into cake pan.
Then bake at 180 ° C (gas mark 6) for about 30 min.
Check for doneness with the tip of a knife comes out dry.
Notes:
You can replace the lemon with a packet of vanilla sugar. Yogurt as I advise you Velvety or other liquid yoghurt (Bulgarian, etc..).
