Pasta Bolognese
ingredients :
400 g of spaghetti
150 g of minced beef 5% fat
1 carrot
150 g of canned mushrooms
800 g peeled tomatoes
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 c. tablespoons oil
thyme and bay leaves
salt and pepper
Preparation :
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the specified time.
- Prepare the vegetables:
- Peel and cut into slices carrot. Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
- In a frying pan skillet, sauté onions and garlic in 1 tbsp. tablespoons oil. Add carrot, mushrooms then add the meat and tomatoes. Mix.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes with thyme and bay leaf. Salt and pepper according to your desires.
- Drain the cooked pasta and put them in a dish. Top with sauce and serve immediately.
