Potato salad
- ingredients
1 kg of potatoes (boiled in
2 shallots
1 small clove of garlic
mustard
wine vinegar
1 glass of white wine
parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cook the potatoes in water, peel and cut into slices. Allow to cool.
- For the sauce, in a large bowl pour the glass of white wine, a tablespoon red wine vinegar, two tablespoons of mustard, salt and pepper. Mix.
- Then chop the shallots and garlic and add them to the sauce. Pour the sauce over the potatoes, add parsley and mix well.
- Your potato salad is finished, you can enjoy warm or cold.
