Bresaola Salad

Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes) :
- 20 slices of bresaola ( Italian sausage)
- 4 mushrooms paris
- A rocket salad
- Some black olives
- 50g integer parmesan
- Juice of one lemon
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Pepper
- Fresh basil
Preparation of the recipe:
- Plate service .
- Place in center of each plate a little rocket ( a mini handle) , have around slices of bresaola .
- Cut into very thin slices mushrooms and spread over the entire plate, scatter the olives.
- Cut parmesan shavings on top of the plate, put a little vinegar on the rocket , olive oil will (without too much exaggeration as a carpaccio ) any preparation, then the lemon juice, the chopped basil and pepper.
Notes:
For better organization , prepare the mushrooms and parmesan before .
