Meatballs
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 500g minced beef
- 30 g of dry bread
- 1 egg
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 30 g parmesan
Preparation of the recipe:
- Put the hard bread in a bowl and moisten with water to soften it and squeeze it well.
- Add to this mixture, egg, parsley and minced garlic, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
- Then make a paste, form patties and fry in a pan.
- The pellets can be enjoyed as an aperitif it or accompanied by spaghetti with tomato sauce.
Notes:
This recipe is a family it comes from my mom of Italian origin. Moreover, we were eating meatballs in tomato sauce with spaghetti, plus parmesan. A real delight!
