blue gratin
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 400 g pasta (penne)
- 1 vegetable stock
- 3 chicken breasts
- 140 g peas
- 140 g of corn
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation of the recipe:
- Cook pasta hollow gender Penne with vegetable broth.
- Fry the chicken breasts and chop into small pieces.
- Mix in a gratin dish pasta, chicken, peas and corn all salt pepper and drizzled with olive oil.
- Add on top of blue cheese Bleu de Bresse kind or blue Auvergne.
- Broil in oven for about 15 minutes.
