Cake with mozzarella

Ingredients:

150g dried tomatoes
1 mozzarella
3 thin slices of Parma ham
200 g flour
10 cl milk
3 eggs
1 packet of yeast
25 g fat butter (for mold)
4 soup spoons of olive oil
1 c. Coffee table salt
2 c. Coffee ground pepper

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven. 7 (210 ° C). Pour the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Make a well in the center. Pour the oil and milk, salt and pepper.
  • Mix by incorporating the eggs one by one.
  • Cut the dried tomatoes into slices, diced mozzarella and ham into strips.
  • Add the tomatoes, mozzarella and Parma ham to the batter. Mix well.
  • Grease and flour a loaf pan.
