Cake with mozzarella
Ingredients:
150g dried tomatoes
1 mozzarella
3 thin slices of Parma ham
200 g flour
10 cl milk
3 eggs
1 packet of yeast
25 g fat butter (for mold)
4 soup spoons of olive oil
1 c. Coffee table salt
2 c. Coffee ground pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven. 7 (210 ° C). Pour the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Make a well in the center. Pour the oil and milk, salt and pepper.
- Mix by incorporating the eggs one by one.
- Cut the dried tomatoes into slices, diced mozzarella and ham into strips.
- Add the tomatoes, mozzarella and Parma ham to the batter. Mix well.
- Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- Pour the batter and gently tap the bottom of the mold on the work plan to leave any air bubbles. Bake 10 minutes, then reduce oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C) and cook 35 min.
- Check for doneness with a knife.
- It should come out clean and the cake should be domed and golden.
- Let cool and turn out onto a rack.
- Serve warm or cold.
