Chicken marinade with tarragon

1 cut chicken into pieces
1 bunch tarragon
6 tbsp olive oil
sea salt
freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
- Put the chicken pieces in a bowl.
- Wash, dry, thin out and chop tarragon.
- Sprinkle the oil chicken pieces and sprinkle with tarragon. Mix well and place in plastic wrap cover expenses for one hour.
- Preheat the oven 7 (210 °).
- Put the chicken pieces in a pat oven, salt and pepper, bake. Bake one hour turning often pieces so that they gild well on all sides and watering them regularly in their cooking juices.
- Serve right out of the oven with a vegetable gratin.
