Couscous

Ingredients:

2 kg of cuckoos end
1 shoulder of lamb (cut into fairly large pieces by the butcher)
12 merguez
10 chicken drumsticks
10 lamb chops
1 box of 140g of tomato paste
1 can of chickpeas
5 carrots
3 onions
4 turnips
300 g of green beans
3 courgettes
1/2 or 1/4 of white cabbage with the size of it
2 c. tablespoon paprika
some oil
20g butter
salt and pepper
Preparation:
  • In the lower part of the couscous, put a little oil and fry the lamb shoulder pieces.
  • Peel and cut into small cubes 1 onion, add it to the meat and let brown for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, put water on to boil in a saucepan.
  • In a bowl, put paprika, tomato paste, 1 good c. tablespoon of salt and 1/2 tsp. 
  • tablespoon pepper, add a little water to the pan and mix well, then pour in the couscous and simmer a few minutes over low heat.
  • Then add water to the pan and increase the heat.

  • Then again boil water and add it to fill 3/4 of couscous.
  • Put the chickpeas.
  • Peel carrots, cut them in half and then into pieces and add them.
  • Prepare the green beans, cut and blanch, and add them.
  • Then peel the onions, turnips, cabbage, zucchini and scrape the whole book.
  • Put the couscous in the top of the couscous, this one in a large bowl, put in a little oil and hold it under the tap, salt it and let it drain.
  • Then put the famous large container on the table and dump the couscous in and work it with your hands so that it stands out.

  • Take couscous, rework it with hands and repeat the operation until nothing is left in the container.
  • Once cooked, redéversez it in the container and put a few pieces of butter and work it with a wooden spoon or your hands and set aside.
  • Then put the last zucchini and cook, then vérifez cooking and turn off the heat if everything is cooked.
  • Then cook the lamb chops, salt and pepper in a skillet.
  • Bake the salt and pepper chicken drumsticks.
  • Cook the sausages in a pan.
  • Serve while hot.
