Corn Salad
1 can of corn
1 red onion half
1 small cucumber half
1 large shallot
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Coffee ketchup
1 c. of mustard
Preparation:
- Drain corn, put it in a bowl and keep it cool.
- Peel and finely chop the shallot, set aside.
- Peel and cut more coarsely red onion aside.
- Peel the cucumber, cut it in soon, book.
- Mix corn, red onion, shallot, cucumber, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard generously.
- Place in the refrigerator, taste fresh.
