Rice pudding
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk UHT sterilized Carrefour- 100 g round white rice for dessert
- 1 orange
The basic groceries:
- 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
Boil the milk with the sugar, vanilla sugar and orange zest, taking care to make a long ribbon to remove it easily after cooking. When the milk boils, throw rice in rain and reduce the heat to the boiling is very slow: rice should cook very slowly. Lorque touches rice milk, turn off heat and let cool. Note: You can serve it warm or cold dessert in ramekins or serving dish with a twist of lime to decorate the top.
