Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients (serves 8):
- 500 g of spaghetti
- 400 g of ground beef
- 200 g of tomato sauce
- 1 small tomato paste box
- 8 Paris mushrooms
- 3 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 sage branch
- 5 sprigs of parsley
- 1 basil branch
- Thyme, bay
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 peak harissa
- Parmesan at will
- Olive oil
- Sugar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of the recipe:
- Chop the sage, basil and parsley.
- Chop the onions, celery cut into cubes.
- Detail the diced mushrooms too.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, put in the onions, celery and mushrooms.
- Add the crushed garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce, ground meat and squeeze everything.
- Then add the thyme and bay leaf, wet 50 ounces of water, add chopped fresh herbs, 2 pieces of sugar, harissa and season.
- Simmer 30 minutes on low heat.
- 10 minutes before the end, cook the pasta al dente.
- Drain the pasta, mix them with a little butter.
Remove the bay leaf from the sauce, pour it over the pasta.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
