Apple Cake
Ingredients / 4 people:
2 apples (medium)
100 to 120 g brown sugar
60g salted butter
3 eggs
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
150 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Butter a mold. Peel apples and cut into pieces.
- Melt the butter in a microwave oven in a bowl.
- Add and mix with sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and beaten eggs.
- Sift the flour and baking powder over the preparation. Then add the apples.
- Pour the batter into the buttered pan.
Finally
Cook for 45 to 50 minutes depending on the oven. Check occasionally cooking.
