Vegetable puree for baby
ingredients:
6 spinach leaves
2 bunches broccoli
1 potato
1 tomato
1 carrot
3 turnips
90 ml of formula milk
1 celery

Preparation:
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly with water.
- Peel the carrots, potatoes, celery and turnips.
- On a piece of kitchen, cut them into small pieces.
- Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds it.
- In a saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
- Dip the vegetables and cook for 30 minutes.
- Then pass them in a blender with a little water to make a soup more or less thick.
- In a well sterilized bottle, pour 160 ml of puree and add water up to 180 ml with age of the baby.
- Bind the soup with 3 tbsp. tablespoons of baby milk.
- Let cool before feeding the baby.
