Risotto Seafood |
ingredients:
- 500 g rice
- 500 g molds
- 250 g shrimp
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 15 cl of olive oil
- 15 cl dry white wine
- 1 liter beef stock
- 20g butter
- 30g freshly grated parmesan
- few sprigs of parsley
- salt pepper
Preparation:
- Clean the mussels and shrimp in salted water. And have opened the mussels in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and shell the shrimp. Chop the garlic and onion as finely as possible.
- In a pan, fry the garlic and onion in oil, then once they take color, add the rice. Mix well, then pour over the wine twice, and continue to stir until the wine is completely impregnated.
- Add half the broth, then again, so that the rice absorbs it. Let cook fifteen minutes.
- Off the heat add the seafood, parmesan. Cut and add the parsley on top. Add salt and pepper and mix. Serve.
