Eggs with goat
ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 good c. chopped fresh cream
- 1 fresh goat log
- 1 washed and diced tomato
- salt and pepper
preparation:
- Preheat the oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).
- Break the eggs into four ovenproof ramekins.
- Cover them with diced tomato, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Ask over the crumbled fresh goat.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
