ingredients:
-250 g flour
-1 glass of warm water (1.5 dl)
-20 g yeast
-1 cup oil (1.5 dl)
-1 pinch of salt
preparation:
Prepare the leaven:
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add 1 tsp. tablespoons flour and let rise 10 minutes.
repair the dough:
- Pour the remaining flour in a bowl with salt, make a fountain. Add the yeast and oil, mix well.
- Work the dough by stretching and cutting down on the work plan for 10 min.
- When really soft, let it rest in a bowl covered with a towel in a warm place. Let double in size (about 2 hours).
