ingredients:
- Cheese 50g
- 4 eggs
- Crab 75g
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- a little parsley
- 2 radishes (optional)
preparation:
- Cook 4 eggs 10 min, in water that has been boiled first. Then pass them under cold water to cool and remove the shell. Then cut your eggs in vertical direction. Separate the yolks from the whites then mash the yolks.
- In a bowl crumble the crab and mix with cream cheese and egg yolks. Also add the parsley finely cut you have previously
- Cut chives finely and add to the bowl and mix well. Then garnish with egg whites as you emptied the preparation, then sprinkle all with the paprika.
- You can also add a little radish you have finely cut on the preparation
