Soles yoghurt
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 4 small soles
- 2 yoghurts
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 20 g butter
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg coffee
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of the recipe:
- Empty, clean and wipe the soles.
- In a bowl, pour the yoghurt, egg yolk and lemon juice a hurry; salt and pepper, add the nutmeg and beat with a fork.
- Turn on the oven (gas mark 6/180 ° C). Butter a dish and spread to the soles, then coat with the contents of the bowl. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake 10 minutes.
